報佐名的請注意 :

1. 第1-4 車的請準時到達皇崗,
2. 第5車 (只限沙田,大埔, 大埔少年的成員)請準時到達羅湖.
3.記得帶証件.
4.請運動員於出發當日穿上大會送贈之t-恤

有疑問, 請聯絡各教練.

祝各運動員奪得好成績, 大家旅途愉快.

升帶試投之形之表演功架十足，取與受者都有一定水準，跳人之部份更為精彩，尤其是我們的攝影師，能拍出每一個細微之動作，畫面清楚有動感，將兩位表演者變左超人，大家要細心欣賞。
